Who we are

Moonstone Holdings LLC is a real estate investment company. We purchase property as principals — for our own account or for assignment to third-party buyers. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not act as any party’s agent, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

No offer or guarantee

Content on this site is informational. Submitting a form does not create a contract, and any description of our process, typical timelines, or potential offers is not a commitment to purchase any property or to close by any particular date. Any offer we make is subject to our evaluation of the property and becomes binding only through a written agreement signed by both parties.

Communications

If you provide contact information, we may contact you about your inquiry. Automated calls and texts are governed by the optional consent described in our Privacy Policy, and consent is never a condition of doing business with us.

SMS Terms (Moonstone Holdings text messages)

Program. Moonstone Holdings LLC sends text messages to people who opt in on a form on this website. There are two separate, optional checkboxes. The first covers texts about the request you submitted: following up on your property, scheduling a call or walkthrough, and sharing or answering questions about an offer or a deal you asked about. The second, separate box covers marketing texts, such as new property alerts for buyer-list members or occasional messages about our home-selling options. You can check either box, both, or neither; marketing texts are only sent if you checked the marketing box.

Eligibility.You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages, and you must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide or have the account holder’s permission.

Frequency. Texts about your request: frequency varies, typically a few messages per inquiry. Marketing texts: up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Help. Reply HELP for help, or email luke@moonstoneholdingsllc.com.

Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of receiving an offer, joining our buyer list, or doing business with us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Property information

Information about available properties is provided in good faith but without warranty. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence, inspections, and verification of all facts material to a purchase.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this site belong to Moonstone Holdings LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonstone Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
